During the renovations to make the Technopole structure suitable for hosting Leonardo, ancient Roman remains were found.
Excavations have unearthed a group of 9 tombs, a series of wells and water channels, as well as the remains of a Roman road.
These findings have confirmed the importance of the site in terms of cultural heritage.
